The Given is a biere de coupage, or a blend of young and aged saisons. For this one, we blended The Taken, a biere de miel, brewed in collaboration with There Does Not Exist, with a mature barrel aged saison. We then took this blend and naturally conditioned it in the bottle with more honey.
